We use your telephone number to contact you with regard to the service or product you purchase from us.

Other data we process

We also collect personal data that is not intended for the performance of a contract. We do this on the basis of a legitimate interest or with your consent. This data comprises:

Work-related personal data

If you are applying for a job with us, we would of course like to know what you have to offer.   • A cookie that allows us to see if your browser supports the use of JavaScript;

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those discussed above, unless you have given us your prior consent or we are obliged by law to do so.

Your rights

Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as a data subject, have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by us or on our behalf. We will explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them.

Initially, in order to prevent misuse, we only send copies of your data to your email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the information at another e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to provide proof of identity. We keep records of completed requests; in the event of a request to forget, we will record anonymised data. You will receive all copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data in a wrong way.

You always have the right to inspect the data processed by us or on our behalf that relates to you personally or from which you are identifiable. You can make a request to this effect to our point of contact for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days.
